Lands End!

Does anyone live near a Lands End retail store? or know another store that carries them? I am despretely trying to find a pair of orchid colored ladies extreme squall boots size 8. I had them in my basket online twice and both times that I tried buying them after i went through all the checkout stuff them ended being sold out. I have tried Kohls and sears near me and everywhere online doesnt have my size! I got the coat for xmas and I really want the boots to match!

Maybe if you called Customer Service directly, the right person would be able to 'find' a pair for you???

I have to say I don't think the quality is exactly the same in the Sears stores as in the catalogue. Maybe it's just me.

I think its just you. I have never had a problem with the Sears Lands End stuff.

I called costumer service and a very nice lady checked and there wasnt any in stock but told me to call first thing tues morning because the Christmas returns are not processed until then for whatever reason. She told me to try several times until I can find it because they have thousands of returns to process. She also said if they have it to order it right that sec because if they wait it wont be there.
