I just bought my girls 6 pr of flip flops from Landsend.com for $19.95 including S&H. They have sizes child 9 through adult 7 for girls. $5 for 2 pair. They are "not quite perfect" but it says the flaw is undetecable to the untrained eye and still guaranteed.

Ah, the woes of a Quality Inspector's life. Some unslightly specks of dirt, fabric flaws and sewing that's less than the model of the art was spotted on these flip flops. Some were shipped to us slightly off-shade from our Lands' End color standards. While these things prevent us from putting these flip flops into inventory, it won't prevent you from enjoying them to the fullest. We think the price will make it worth your while.
Unlike run-of-the-mill Flip Flops, ours have a sponge-rubber outsole to soak up bumps better than the usual EVA. Plus sponge rubber is more durable. Sold in 2-packs, one pair solid and the other print. Spot clean. Imported.
