we are doing the 4 day land 3 day sea at the beginning of July - my question is are the park passes that come with this park hopper? we will only have part of a day on Sun and have heard we could go to AK for the morning of the cruise and be picked up there.... Curious minds want to know

I have never heard of this????????
I would call the cruise line directly
We were always told to leave our bags and the bus would there to pick us up at a certain time. They had a list as well and you would check in

We just did the 3 day Land/4 day Sea package last month. We also went to AK in the morning and the cruise buses picked us up at 12:30. We got to the terminal about 1:30/2:00 or so. I would probably do this again. We did the character breakfast and a few other rides.

For us, our room key for the hotel was our "Key to the World" card. It got us into all the parks (yes, it is a hopper pass), our stateroom on the ship and also we used it to charge to our resort room and stateroom on the boat.

Have a great time!! :sunny:

When we cruised on our land/sea trip we did the land portion first so we had the choice of either being picked up at the hotel by DCL bus or picked up and brought to PC at Ak.

We advised the Dcl clerk that we would go to AK since the dcl bus would have picked us up at the hotel at the about same time ( 12:30 ) as it does at AK.

All you have to do is make sure your luggage is all ready when yo leave to go to AK. A clerk will come pick them up in the hotel room and send them to the ship directly. You can bring a carry on bag that you can leave with the DCL clerk tat works at AK. When you arrive at AK, you advise this clerk and he checks his list and stores your carry-on safely while you visit the park. You are given a time and place to meet and then lead to the DCL bus that drives you to PC. It takes about 45-50 min to get there.

Yes you do have the option of spending the morning at AK. They give you a place to store you carry-ons plus a fast pass to an attraction. You have to notify the cruise desk the day prior as to what you plan to do since they have to know who is getting on which bus.

Just an FYI for anyone who plans to book a Land/Sea pkg.....the LAND portion will ALWAYS be FIRST. That is the only way Disney will do it. You do not have the option of doing the cruise first unless you book WDW and the cruise separately, not as a package.
