Land & Sea Hotel Reservation on MDE

I have a land & sea package booked for March, but don’t see the WDW hotel reservation portion listed in MDE.

I only have the DCL confirmation number, and that doesn’t work for trying to link the reservation to the account.

Does anyone have any advice for how this works?

Not the best way to book. Always book them separately so you have more control over the Disney World portion. You can also apply discounts if available.

Unfortunately technologies for the 2 companies do not "talk" or play well together. You need to ask DCL for a WDW confirmation number to link to MDE. You may also need the ticket numbers.

As a follow-up in case anyone else has this same issue.

I called and spoke to Resort Services. They were able to provide me with a Disney resort confirmation number that I could add to MDE. Everything shows up now.

It took being transferred to several different people, but the Resort Services group were the ones who made it work.
