Ok, the Apple Pie...

Someone only has 2 days to do WDW, and this is their first time. So they're asking for advice on how to get stuff done.

Of course, the pie lady is telling everyone that you shouldn't rush through, you shouldn't try to hit the "headliners" and that you should be enjoying the little things, because that's what its all about.

Except, she's doing it in her nasty way.

what did you do to make it healthier? do tell...

I use the Barilla Plus pasta (which is full of protein and Omega 3), and I use 1% milk and lowfat cheese for the sauce. To make up for the blahness of the cheese, I use sharp cheddar rather than mild and put a good spoonful of spicy brown mustard in the sauce.

The first time I made it this way, they wanted to know what the secret ingredient was, because it was SO good.

I maynot qualify for loser status today - I just walked 3 full hours - 34th St to 86th St and back and lots of crossing back and forth. I may need to calculate how many miles I walked!

So my winner day was forced to continue....I haven't finished the family room, but I walked into DS's room and almost had a coronary. So we shoveled it out. Then we went into DD's room and I had a complete screaming fit meltdown when we started cleaning it, so I gave up.

Then I started dinner..I like doing real Sunday dinners since it's the only day of the week I really cook a real meal (all the other days I throw together something fast). So I'm making Roast Beast, Au Grautin Potatos, Broccoli and Cheese and Corn.

There are two DS's that we know of.

And there is definitely another DH bc he writes healthcare articles and since Dh is in healthcare everyone thinks it is him. He also live near us is no relation, used the same dry cleaners, and he is on our credit report all the time, and boy does he buy a lot of stuff

Well, this morning was a loser morn, in fact the whole day has been a loserfest. I slept in til 9:00, DH comes in and says let's go to Huddle House (like Waffle House). I'm like, why...(what's the matter with me?) but I gotta know. He says they have nice hot coffee and there isn't any here. so we get to out to eat cuz he doens't want to make his own coffee. Guess we are made for each other after all-he's a loser, too! Then after that exhausting outing, I folded a couple of baskets of clean clothes that have been sitting around for 4 days..they are still folded on the bed. Then I sat down and started watching some mindless "rich people in LA" reality show and fell asleep. (Kardasians?-Bruce Jenner looks really strange...)Now I am off to Publix grocery store for fried chicken for dinner. So except for a bowl of microwave oatmeal for DS8, an egg sandwich for DH, and a piece of toast for DS9 yesterday...that is the extent of my cooking for this weekend!! I am on a roll!!!

My sister is over 24 and is claimed as a dependent. She has low tone cerebal palsey and a severe learning disability. She works part time and pays an appropriate rent. My mom and her husband, however, pay all of her utilities, her food costs and provide her transportation. I can not EVER imagine her trashing them like pudding girl does (I'd whip her butt!)
