Land at 3:40pm - how long to leave MCO?

Hi there! We land (as you can see) at 3:40pm on a Saturday at MCO, New Years Day to be exact. How long do you think it will take to clear customs with the new procedures in place? Anyone had good/ horrendous experiences?
I have booked us a meal at Rainforest Cafe in Downtown for 7pm. Is this going to be enough time to clear customs, pick up car (from Dollar) drive to 192, check in and get down there? Sorry to be so detailed but I'm starting to panic. What do you all think?

I would say your looking at around 90 minutes or so in the airport and so should be ok for your reservation but obviously should your flight be delayed at all this will make things a lot tighter.

I think you will be fine, you should be no more than 2 hours before you are on your way.

You do have to collect your luggage twice but they are usually pretty quick getting them off the plane at MCO.
