I don't know if yha all heard but Lance is back in the space program. Yha he got his 20 million from pepsie, so he has to make up the ten days that he missed

lol, I know banzai...itsa not like he doesnt have the money atleast 4 times over..thats what angers me about celebrities...they make like 5+ million a movie...and they are still wanting more, like baseball players...do they know how many people in the world could use an extra hundred dollars a month, to feed their family..to live, in a shack, instead of the curb..If i was ever famous I'd give a lot to charity..instead of being greedy.

baseball players piss me off the most...they were gonna go on strike b/c they dont think they make enough money...but yet the own this HUGE houses..and not just one..like 2 and 3!!

I've said this many, many times. Just because he's a celebrity, he can't pay for a 20 MILLION dollar space trip.

The money they make for tour is divided by 5 group members, plus managers, and other staff.

I'm assuming phone bills are high, taxes, he owns a million dollar house, insurance, and they eat out a lot.

Somehow i doubt he could go pay the 20 million himself.

I'm very happy for him, because that means it's a for sure thing, and he deserves this. He's worked very hard and gone through a whole lotta just INSANE training.

Now he's doing 18-20 hours of training per day to make up for the time he lost, and if he doesn't go in october, he'll possibly be going in april.

I thought pepsi sponsered him with 35 million?

One thing I'd like to point out:

Though Lance wasn't there, 'cause he was training in russia, NSync raised probably around 20 million for children's charities at CFTC this year.

If that's being greedy then this world is comepletely insane.

My bad..im not trying to start a fight here..but notice here..they raised money..they didnt give away their own money. And when im talking about greedy celebrities, im talking about the celebs hwo make like 30 millions a season, and demand more, when theirs people in the world who can't afford to eat everyday. And they make so much money, they couldnt even spend it in a lifetime. For some celebs they think that if they make the most money, their the best, so they see how much they can get. Its just my thoughts.

Those kind of celebs demanding money like that really piss me off. It's ridiuculous.

And even though it's not giving away their own, it's just raising, at least they do it. I mean, they could be off making millions for themselves, instead of for charities.

I've always felt strongly about this. You have millions of people starving around the world and then you have people spending 20 million so they can go up in space. Please please get the prioritys right, space isnt a necessity, food for these people is.

OK, so I have holidays, buy nice clothes and eat more than I should but so do a lot of people. What we dont do is spend millions of pounds on something frivilous.

I feel that I should point out that Diana, Princess of Wales, did not have the most charatable heart. Sure, she did do much for charity, but many of these visits were on her vacations...

Im sorry and I may be jumping the gun a bit here but Diana was one of the most kind hearted celebrities that I can think of. I personally feel like you're taking a dig at me there (I know you probably aren't but that's how it feels) and the way you phrased that you contradicted yourself. That sounds like she had these as holidays instead of going to somewhere exotic. I mean, come on would you rather go to a war swept nation over WDW?

I am not digging at you! Sorry if you think that! I was just saying that while she was charatable, she did do much of it on her vacations. I was stating that it was not done on trips for just charity (most of the time).

That's OK, I think I flew off the handle a bit. You have to understand that I had been writing a thing for english about my trip to Venice for 4 hours so I was a little bit cranky!
