Lakeside Collections - anybody have a code for free shipping or discount?

I'm trying to get a jump start on my Christmas shopping. I received my first Christmas catalog in the mail and it's from Lakeside Collections. They have a few things that I want to order - reasonably priced - but the shipping kills me.
I googled but did not find any free shipping codes for this year. Anybody have one?

I have searched everywhere for free shipping codes too and cannot find any. I wonder if they ever do free shipping? I signed up for the emails as well and have never gotten a free shipping either.
