lake buena vista ?? tips for eating etc

have just changed our stay from the 192 area to the comfort inn LBV any tips on a place near the hotel to eat when we arrive late evening, and also what the area is like in general

There are many places to eat around there. There are fast food, sit down & take out places. They are all within a mile radius. This is a very good location for places to eat. There is Hooter's, Ci-Ci's Pizza, Olive Garden, Giordano's Pizza, a Chinese buffet, Pizza Hut, TGI Friday's, Chevy's, Burger King, Toco Bell, McDonald's, Pizz Uno, IHOP...and many more. I think this is the best place to stay, you have the best of both "worlds".....you are close to WDW, a short hop to SeaWorld & Universal.... easy on and off of I-4. Just watch the gas stations there, they seems to be the highest price...even onsite WDW is cheaper than there.

If you could write a trip report when you get back, that would be great. I am also wondering about the Comfort Inn and LBV, and how close it is to nearby restuarants.

I would highly recommend trying Bahama Breeze which is about half of a mile(?) down the road from where you are staying. You can check out Bahama Breeze to get an idea of the menu and also do a search on this site because there are quite a few people who enjoy this restaurant.

bahama breeze sounds lovely,although the reason we are stayng at LBV is because our twin centre holiday in THE BAHAMAS had to be re-aranged because of the hurricane damage! we are going to barbados instead now
so thats probably as close as we will get to the bahamas
