Lake Bryan Outlet Store

We are going to WDW next weekend. We were wondering if anyone had been to the outlet lately, and if it was worth taking a taxi to since we will not have a car with us. Has anyone ever taken a taxi from WDW to the outlet???? Thank you Wendy

I have been there several times, some times have been great, others have not been worth the trip. Does any one know what the cab fare would be?

Most of the outlet stores are not much different from anyplace else.
The Disney stores are very hit and miss. They are very good if you have to buy alot of souveniers (co-workers,friends etc.) but it's probably not worth a cab fare.

I was there last may during preview days and I got some excellent bargains. last dec it was hit or miss and this past feb it was ok. the character warehouse has some excellent deals but you don't know what they will have. if you have time to kill and really want to go then do if not pass on it. its like any other outlet center. you must kow your prices and be able to spend lots of time looking at everything to find the bargains.

I was just there this past Thursday. I bought my daughter 2 shirts and my nice a bibb and something else (can't remember). They don't offer DC or AP discounts as DTD does. Low and behold, I went to DTD last night and all I purchased at the outlet was available at the World Of Disney Store in DTD. If I had purchased my things there I would have saved 10% off a $25 purchase by showing my AP. So, to answer your question...it is a hit or miss. It worked out to be more money for me at the outlet this trip
