Does the lake at Universal Studios Florida have a name? Also
is there a name for the one at Islands Of Adventure?

The one at IOA is referred to as the "Inland Sea". There used to be boats that you ride across from the Port of Entry to just between JPDC and the Lost Continent. They were rather colorful contraptions (one had a propeller).

Lake at USF; don't know!

After a lot of digging, I found a park map from my first visit to
Universal, the lake was called "The Lagoon".

The body of water at IOA is known as "The Great Inland Sea" and the one at the Studios is simply "The Lagoon", as previously mentioned.
