We finally did it! After 28 years of visiting WDW, we decided to buy into DVC. We made an offer on a low point BWV resale, was accepted and going to ROFR today, which **** assured me would pass since the price per point is higher than others that have passed.

I'd like to thank everyone who provided info that helped us make this decision. There is such a wealth of knowledge on these boards and it is amazing how willing people are to help others. It warms the heart.

I'd like to especially thank the people who recommended **** and Jaki for resales. Everything went so smooth. Exactly 1 day from first inquiry to offer being accepted. I've had grocery store transactions that didn't go this smoothly.

So hopefully we'll soon have the problem of deciding when and where to use our points. I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions about that also!

..and we went through Jaki and ****, also!! Not to take anything away from the disboards sponsor, but I also am very happy with how they handled our transaction thus far!!! Fingers crossed while we wait.........................
