Laguna Beach tide pools?

Is there a time of day that it is better to visit the tide pools? Also, how long do you usually spend at the tide pools? Mods please move this if I placed it in the wrong forum.

You have to get ahold of a tide schedule. The best time to visit a tide pool is at the lowest tide. They vary day by day. A minus tide is the best time, usually.
