I loved Star Trek as a pre-teen! But I will have to go with Jean Luc. There's something about those bald men. I always had a thing for Yul Brynner too.
Jean-Luc, definitely! I can "spot" his voice on anything else he does, regardless of how he looks. I really liked watching dune after the Star Trek Next generation came out, just to see how he'd changed!
If I'm going on an away mission, you can bet it will be with Commander Will Riker!
I have been a major Trek fan since I was 11. I actually got to kiss William Shatner once at a Trek event (he was a lot younger, cuter and thinner then--come to think of it, so was I!). He was a great kisser, but I would still go with Riker. Or anyone but the incredibly DULL Archer. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
Jean-Luc gets my vote too. Not only because I think he is a great actor but because I have met him. A member of his family used to go to the school that I went to and he came to open the new school library. Plus my friends dad has been in a few plays with him (although that was when he was much younger.)
I'm not going to write his favorite one word invitation to his quarters! But, my oh my, he's a fine looking man.
I saw him for the first time in the amazing mini series I, Claudius. He played a bad guy in that show but his acting in ST: TNG certainly was one of the main reason for a whole new generation of Star Trek fans.
On acting ability alone, I also really enjoyed Catherine Janeway. My favorite all time characters on Star Trek would have to be Q and The Doctor from Voyager.
