Ladies - what's your park style?

I wear shorts - usually denim - and a tee or tank top. I ALWAYS have my sunglasses on my head and either my hot pink Asics or my navy and hot pink sketchers with gogo mats on my feet but I'll be adding my Olukai flip flops to the mix this time. I wear a large crossbody purse for my autograph book, tons of sharpies, and my big water bottle and a light coverup for going indoors (I'm always FREEZING in the A/C - plus an umbrella when I'm in Orlando. I do my usual with makeup which is just eyeliner, blush and mascara but I add sunscreen and translucent powder so I don't shine too bad. I bring SPF lipgloss into the parks and sometimes splurge on a tinted one instead of clear. I ALWAYS wear my hair up and back because it's down to my butt so it's usually a braided ponytail or a bun if I'm lazy. I top everything off with Minnie Ears or a character themed bow usually based around our plans for the day. I'm in my early 30s and tour with my hubby - no kids for us.

I dress like I normally would on a weekend... lots of dresses w/ cute sandals and accessories, sweater when needed. Hair down (pull it back temporarily on RSR). I'm plenty comfortable...I don't really understand the need to wear sports attire at the parks.

Feet. That's why.

I'm a teacher, so I actually have very high quality, comfortable, dressier work shoes that I used to be able to wear to the parks when I was a local. They just aren't going to cut it for two 16 hours days in a row, though, or even one 16 hour day. I also have several pairs of Vans that I could have worn as a local...same problem. Nice, comfortable sandals...same problem.

Now I must wear running shoes or I'm in excruciating pain by hour 8 at the latest. I really envy people with easier to please feet than mine.

Running shoes with a sundress is just kind of a weird combo for me, so...
