Ladies - what is on your Christmas list

I really got into new recipes and learning how to cook back when the shutdown started and have been cooking every night since. So I am asking for new cookware, a knife set, a wood cutting board, and I really want a pizza peel to more easily put our pizza on the grill. Ohhh also an apron, a cookbook stand, and new silicone wrapped whisks. All cooking items basically. Dh and I are buying a Dyson stick vac cuz we've looked at them for years now and we are just going to jump on it and get one. Our last dyson, 15 years and still going strong but its the full size and is starting to fall apart. I want the cordless stick vac.

I love reading about everyone's wish lists! Here's mine-
Air fryer, we dont have a convection oven
Tunic style sweatshirt
Canisters for pantry storage
Navy fitbit band
Decorations for our back porch or maybe art supplies so I can make some

Ok since I started this thread:
Luggage - one of these days we will travel again :)
Mickey Sweatshirt
Mickey No-show socks
Moose Munch
Target Gift Card
Fan for our boat

That's it so far :)

Do you have any recommendations for good knife sets? I would love to get good knives, but always cheap out and never buy them. Currently, we have a knife block set with ok knives, but I'd love to upgrade if I knew what I was buying.

The problem is that if I want something I end up buying it for myself vs. putting it on a list. DH does the same. That means we don't exchange gifts for Christmas, birthday, anniversary, etc. Anniversary is a nice card. B-day is taking the other one out for a nice dinner. Christmas is a nice dinner out sometime after Christmas.

I really don't want anything and like others we put our money in savings to splurge on vacations. This year the money is going towards a house upgrade - new floors for the house and painting the inside of the house. We all know that means new furniture, wall art/decor and curtains.

We went to the outlet mall in San Marcos and they had Dooney & Burke. The Florentine Medium Satchel purse I've been eyeing on their website was half price. But they didn't have it in natural. So DH knows I really want it and was going to purchase it for me that day had they had it in natural.

An Irish sweater (never got one on our DCL British Isles cruise & have regretted ever since!)
New workout sneakers
Lillian & Co. bracelet
New set of baking sheets

Usually DH & I say no gifts and we put money towards a planned vacation, but that's a little tougher this year with so many plans up in the air.

And for whoever is debating an air fryer, do it! We use ours allll the time. Probably our most used kitchen appliance.

Good timing, I was just debating today if it was a good idea. What are your favorites to cook in it?

I wouldn't spend a huge amount on a set of knives. I find that I mostly need an 8 inch chef's knife and a long serrated knife for bread and tomatoes. I use a peeler rather than a paring knife. So I would look around for those two items and save your money. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/articles/the-three-must-have-knives#:~:text=There are only three knives,to have in your kitchen.
