That's a tough one! I love them all and really don't have a favorite. But if forced to choose I think I would go with the mouse that started it all MICKEY!
But I also love the old Chip & Dales cartoons (I even have a couple chipmunks in my yard I named after them), pluto, and donald duck cartoons.
