Ladies, is LuLaRoe popular in your area/with your friends?

I have a couple pairs of the leggings just to wear around the house, but would never wear leggings in public. Recently I bought the Nicole dress in a pretty navy blue fabric that has a rose pattern embossed in the material. It is really pretty, like a skater dress with a scoop neck, fitted bodice and full skirt. I am wearing it to work today and every woman who has crossed my path has complimented it. What I like best besides how it looks is that it arrived folded in a small envelope and does NOT wrinkle. Perfect for travel. I am going to keep my eyes open for one in another color.

I have never heard of them, though I googled them after reading this. It was strange that the website didn't have any prices - just a way to refer you to someone who sells them. That sounds sleezy to me.

I noticed that many people mentioned hearing about them on facebook. I don't do facebook so maybe that's why I don't know about them.

It's very popular around here (south of Chicago). A friend of mine threw a party a few weeks ago so I decided to give it a try. I'd seen a few FB parties, but I wanted to try everything on. The leggings are very comfortable, and I was happy to fit in the "regular" size. The shirts were hit or miss, as others have said about sizing. Some of the mediums looked huge, but then some of them were very tight. But the patterns at this party were HIDEOUS! And nothing matched! I don't like the mismatched look - I am a grown woman. There were hardly any solid colors of either leggings or tops, and if there was a solid color, there wasn't anything that matched. It took me forever to finally fine one outfit that matched - very frustrating. I haven't had the chance to wear it yet - it's still been too warm. I'm keeping my fingers crossed lol! My DD13 got a super cute dress, though. It fit her tiny little body perfectly and was very flattering.

So the leggings run long? I also can never buy leggings. I am only 5 foot 7 but my height is all in my legs. I wear ankle jeans as capris LOL. Knowing these run long is very intriguing to me.
And yes, it appears to be getting more popular around her, or at least on Facebook.

I have heard that they're all long, but I buy the tall & curvy (a size 12-XX or their tall size). They say the standard will fit a taller person who is smaller. I'm a size 12, so the T&C is perfect for me.
The knee length skirts I have are also longer for that length skirt. They are literally at my knee. I can't remember the name though!

And I just ordered another pair of leggings.

As to the sizing, I have not had to size up from my normal at all. In the Irma, I actually go down 2-3 sizes depending on the material. While it may seem like a pain, once you know, it's so easy.

Yes, some of the patterns are a bit much, but the tamer ones are nice. My daughter has a pair with pizza slices, and they look adorable on her.

Brooke789, are you talking about the Cassie, their pencil skirt?

my whole closet is lularoe. I started buying it about 10 months ago and i really love the pieces I've bought, won, earned from pop ups, and been gifted by my family members that know I love it. There are lots and lots of patterns that aren't my thing but I've found tons of very classic pieces to mix with some of the brighter, crazy colors. I am a plus sized lady and love how these clothes fit me and make me feel.

It started popping up in my facebook feed, but I don't know anyone who wears it. I'm not big on patterned leggings or at least not for my age group.

Everything looks great on you! Also, your hair is fabulous.

It is super popular with all my friends.

I have multiple pairs of leggings - and I CAN tell a difference between LLR and other companies. They truly are more comfortable than almost ever other pair I own.

I also have a Cassie skirt that I adore, another Cassie that I wear as a shirt, two maxis, a Nicole, a couple classic tees and a few Randy's.

My daughter also has some of the leggings.

I've got a couple of the Cassie skirts, but I can't say that I've seen any Lularoe on my friends or around town. I know a few people online who sell it, and some of it's okay, but the price is high for what it is.

As for leggings: I have bought similar leggings- also buttery soft as LLR is often described as- for a LOT less on Amazon.

What brand are they?

Love it...I am part of multiple groups selling and hosting a online popup in Oct....
