Ladies, how often do you take off your wedding/engagement ring(s)?

I never take my engagement ring off. I only wear my wedding band on occasion because its very thick and wide. I wear one other ring that is never taken off on my right hand. Like mentioned above, they come off when I have gunk on my hands like meatballs or hair product - and surgery, thats it!

I always wear mine - that is until last week when I looked down and my diamond (prongs and all) were missing. It somehow broke off my ring.

So my PSA for the day is have your ring checked for problems.

I almost never wear mine. I put my rings on when I go to work and I only work weekends. I take them off when I get home. If DH and I happen to get a date night (very rare!), I wear them then too.

I take mine off pretty much the second I walk through the door to my house! I have never wore mine a night since I have had them. I also never wear them while cleaning, doing yardwork, etc., obviously.

I take mine off all the time due the type of ring I have. The main stone in my engagement ring is 3.5 carat emerald, so I am constantly taking my rings off to wash my hands, clean house, etc.

I rarely take mine off. Just to clean, have checked and when I put on lotion. A few months ago one of the smaller stones fell out and it was out for repair for a week, I couldn't wait to get it back cause I felt naked without it. I also always wear the ring my husband bought me when our son was born.

I do exactly the same thing! DH wears his wedding ring 24/7 even in the shower. Honestly i don't think he can get it off anymore!

I remove my wedding and engagement rings every night before bed. Also, when I am doing something messy in the kitchen--stuffing a turkey, kneading dough, mixing raw meat for meatloaf. They come off for manicures--my beautician tells me when I can put them back on, so I don't have to worry about knocking a ring into wet nail polish.

I don't have an engagement ring. We were poor as dirt when we got engaged and I ended up with a lovely cubic zirconia ring that turned my finger green. I only wore it till we got married, then I took it off and have just worn the wedding band ever since.

I have a lovely engraved gold wedding band and it never comes off. OK, only if I am mixing meatloaf or something else GUCKY like that, then it goes right back on. I think I took it off for a while at the end of one of my pregnancies, and I am pretty sure I had to take it off for an MRI once. That's it, always on except that.

My husband never takes his off, and even after 10 years of marriage and me doing the same routine with my ring as I've always done, he makes a comment when he sees my wedding ring off my finger.

I take them off when I go to bed (have always hated sleeping with rings on).

I put them back on the next day after I finish getting dressed (that way I don't get hairspray, perfume or anything else on them). If it's a day of yard work or house cleaning, I don't always put them on.
