Ladies, do you like football?

A co-worker recently told me that his girlfriend and I are the only 2 women he knows that truly like football. So, do you like football?

I like football.... but I like to play it more than watch it.

I don't really enjoy watching it mainly because I don't understand the rules. You'd think with 3 older brothers I'd know the game inside and out . I do enjoy the way some players look in their uniforms though .

I don't always understand what's going on (just started watching last year when I got dragged to a high school game) but I do really enjoy watching football. It's pretty interesting and intense. I now religiously go to games at school, and watch the Pats, and not just for the guys either (although that's a big plus )

Not into football but knows when the season is cause my DH watches it and it is on here. He also yells and such-and is bummed out when he loses money.

No, I don't like football. I watched the Rams when they were having their winning season back in 1999. I will probably tune in a little (if they're playing well) just to be in the same room as DH who is a HUGE football fan.

My son plays in a PeeWee league and I am the only mom that follows the plays up and down the field with the other dads!

I am a huge Bronco fan and have been most of my life. I must admit though that unless it is the Broncos or my son playing, I am not real interested.

Football is what Saturdays were made for. We start the day with College Game day and end with the last game of the night, which tonight is Bama vs Ole Miss and it will be a late one. Roll Tide

Me, too! I really don't like college football, but I love the NFL. We got all the NFL games with Direct TV and Sunday afternoons are pretty sacred to us. No answering the phone during a Chiefs game, no accepting invitations, no having people over that might talk during the game!!!!!

It's baseball I really hate - booooorrrriiiiing!

I like football!!! But it's much more fun to play than it is to watch. I played for an intercollegiate girls team at Loyola and was quarterback for 2 years... I loved it! But I enjoy watching NFL or college football with DH.

I like it in moderation, not Friday night, all day Saturday, all day Sunday, and Monday nights. Gets to be a little much.

Plus the constant roar of the crowds and the announcers voices drive me nuts after a while.

I do like to look at Kirk Herbstreet though.

I like to watch football in the winter. I'm not an avid fan that knows all the players. Baseball is my sport. (can't play though!)
My office comes to me when they want to know about or talk about the game. It's funny, when new guys come in and start talking about baseball, the rest of office sits back and waits for me to start spilling out all the information and see the new person shocked that a female knows so much about the sport.
After all, I still have my cards from childhood while my brother and husband threw out theirs!
