Lactose free

In the parks it's just soy and coconut milk at Starbucks and soy milk for coffee at Jolly Holiday. I don't think they even have single serving soy milk at the hotels. You could have Lactaid milk delivered or bring something self stable with you.

I think we will have to or our toddler will freak out! But we don't want tummy trouble on vacation!

My son is lactose intolerant and I just didn't give him milk on our trip. Watch out for the mac n cheese as they use the creamy cheese and it went thru my son in an hour.

Following. I have a lactose intolerance as well but seem to be okay if I take a pill right as I'm eating said dairy... but I'd like to avoid any if possible.

Good to know about the dole whip!! :D

This wont help you at DLR but I saw today where Bend Jerry's is making 4 new flavors that are completely dairy free (they use almond milk).

If dining at a restaurant on property Disney has always been helpful when you notify them of allergies including lactose problems before ordering. I come across this all the time and they usually will suggest or tweak items best suitable for me. Sometimes the chef comes to visit at my table to make it easier on getting the order correct. :teacher: I am so thankful!! :cloud9:

I eat dinner at the Plaza usually once a month and have never seen a lactose free milk choice. I have never asked, but it's not set out as an option. I go ahead and get regular milk, and then feel ill :)
