Lack of entertainment…. End of Sept

I’m visiting end of Sept and I’m soo disappointed, I’m guessing it’s because OBB is on - we aren’t going.

Magic Happens is not on.

World of Color isn’t on.

Fantasmic isn’t on.

Literally every time I come to Disneyland, there are no parades and night time entertainment.

Why do they do this?

I heard about the first two items on your list. I think they put the parade on hiatus last year too during the Halloween season as a cost-saving measure. I'm guessing that since they don't plan a WoC Halloween show and they close DCA to regular guests for party nights at least 3 days a week during Halloween time they have just decided that's a good time for maintenance for that show. Fantasmic will still be running in September but is usually Friday-Sunday only during the fall. I do see it on the schedule still. Is your trip weekdays only? Similarly, there should be Halloween fireworks on the weekends and the projections-only show on the weekdays.

I agree with the sentiment. We are going to OBB middle of September. The Monday after (we're going on a Sunday), we have a Disneyland day planned. No Fantasmic, No Magic Happens. Frustrating.

I agree. And I’m pretty frustrated that they didn’t announce (still haven’t!) WOC in advance. We actually made our decisions/plans based on attending WOC on a Monday. Otherwise we would have scheduled differently to watch F! instead.
