I know the parks are going to have more people the question is on what kind of scale - are we talking 2 hour waits for rides?

I am not sure on what day to go to Universal out of Sun 2nd or Mon 3rd Sept which one would you choose?

We have been before so know what we want to do but really cannot make up our minds.

Also will there be any kind of special celebration in the evening such as fireworks etc?

Thanks for your help.

Usually there is fireworks, or something of that nature. As for the days.....yeah, hard to decide. I would say go on Monday, and just get there extremely early, stay onsite if you can and get the free express. Its your best bet.

I have been at Universal a couple of times Labor Day weekend. We have always stayed onsite - what are you doing? I honestly don't think that the parks were that crowded any of the three years we were there; with or without the express feature. I know we also did Disney one year that weekend and it was much more crowded than Universal and the lines weren't near 2 hour waits.

Now that I'm thinking about it, the first time we did Universal wa on a WDW day trip during the week before Labor Day weekend (so no express). The next year we were there on the weekend (onsite)and I remember thinking the crowds weren't any different.

As to which day, we always come home on Monday so I can't make a comparison. :confused3
