Labor Day Weekend. Will Stormalong Bay be crowded?

We are staying at BC for our first 2 nights. Will it be very crowded? We would really like to enjoy SB and I know it closes early so Im considering moving our 2 nights to the end of the trip since we will be there all week.

It was last year. I couldn't find a a lounge chair in the entire place on Saturday. Of course there were tons of chairs with towels on them that seemed to be unoccupied otherwise By late Sunday many of the crowds had thinned.

Last labour day the parks were just atrocious ~ I have a good tolerance level for crowds but MK & MGM were just wall to wall people and we gave up by 11:00am and just went to the pool.

We were at AKL and even the pool was jammed packed the Saturday, Sunday and Monday... the week before the parks had light crowds and the pools were practically abandoned.

I have a feeling with the FTP attracting new visitors this year will be even worse.

Good luck to everyone there over LD weekend including me ~ we fly home on the 1st.
