Labor Day Weekend DISers: TOMORROW!!! (UPDATED)

17 days for us!! We will be there from Aug. 27 - Sept. 2. :dance3:  :cheer2:

I'm not sure where we will end up on Labor Day as that is park favorites day for us as it is our last full day.

Last year we arrived on Labor Day and we were in MK for a short time, which was not too crowded at all. We didn't have alot of time to do anything before our Whispering Canyon adr. We walked on to a IASW with no wait & then watched the family fun day parade. We briefly stopped in the shops on Main Street before we had to leave for WC. So Labor Day didn't seem too busy last year, so let's hope it's the same this year.
I hope so, not long to go now. We are all so excited we can't think of anything else.

Arriving in Orlando August 30th. Leaving on September 15th.
IM NEARLY ON MY WAY Yeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaah! Its my first ever WDW trip, First Seaworld, First Universal and First American Trip too.
Im so excited I just draw pictures of Mickey at work.

I know the feeling I'm sure you'll have a great time. Everything is on a much bigger and better scale than Paris. The food, weather and people are just out of this world.

We're at two weeks and one day and going crazier by the minute!!!! :scared1: Waiting over a year to go back is killing us!!! Plus, this is our first parents only time away in two years!!!!!!

We leave in 17 days but just for a quick getaway to POR. First time staying in a Mod and we are excited :yay:

Haven't been on for a couple days, just wanted to check my counter... I'm not excited or anything!!

I will be there on the 30th through the the 4th. 12 days and counting... :cool1:  :cool1:  :woohoo: :dance3:

Hey....Just saw this thread(don't know how I missed this one). Looks like several DISers will be at WDW during Labor Day week.

We'll be there from August 31-September 5...staying at POR. This will be our first time there for the free dining.

Looking forward to eating what we want and not having to check the prices first! ;)

We've been every year since we got married (sept3 '05) and the crowds weren't too bad. But is seems alot more people are jumping on the free dining band wagon plus the halloween party, do you all think crowds will be the norm or are you preparing for more busy?
I'm so excited.. is it me or does time seem to slow down to crawling when you are super excited??

It may be busier this year than in past years, but I can't imagine it would be crazy busy like some of the peak times of the year. The only thing I'm worried about right now is tropical storms - this is the only thing I don't like about going this time of year - I anxiously watch the tropical update on the weather channel ritualistically.

And yes, time has definitely slowed down this week!

Jumping in here, as we also leave in 9 days! This will be our first trip and I keep thinking about all the things I should be doing!

Anyone else going to the 1st MNSSHP?

Tiffany
