Is there any reason to use my name and address on my luggage or can I just put my cell number? I always feel like I am advertising that my house is vacant lol.

I always have 2 sets of luggage tags. One for the way there, that has my hotel on it, and then on the return trip, I put my home address. I figure anyone that finds/steals my bags will take just as long as us to get to my house!

Use your last name and first initial, your cell phone number and your office address.

I usually put my cellphone #, City and Name on the luggage tags and leave it at that.

Some luggage tags have flaps that cover your information. I use those or I have inserted my information backwards so someone would have pull it out to actually look at it. If someone at the airport has that much time to do that to my luggage tags and then break in my house, then I was doomed from the start anyway.

I definitely put my cell phone # on the info.

I seriously doubt that anyone will be running to your empty home after you leave.
