Anyone ever tried this system?? I know 2 people who were extremely successful, one even works for them now because she was so excited at what it did for her! She's even on the commercials 
I just seem to never have any luck because I lack motivation. I work at a health club in the children's programs, so I have a free membership, but after being there working all day, the last thing I want to do is stay and work out- it's especially embarrassing because I know everyone there. I know I will still have to work out more than I am, but I thought maybe helping my eating habits would increase my motivation to work out more. Any thoughts on LA Weight Loss??
