Ok, since you all were so nice in answering my last question I have a nother for you. Has anyone stayed at the La Quinta inn resort? I was just wondering what kind of service to expect? We are going to stay there 3 days.~Missy::MinnieMo

Missy, do you mean a particular LaQuinta or the chain in general? DD28 (The Music Teacher) used LaQuinta Lakeside for her Concert Choir trip last year and it was very good - not too fancy, nice pool, nice buffet breakfast, the the management was very accommodating to her large group. Hope this helps you!!!:Pinkbounc

I'm gonna move you to Orlando Hotels and attractions board-- you'll get a better response over there.

I stayed at La Quinta Inn Lakeside in February and was pleasantly surprised. Search the Orlando Hotels board for posts by me and you'll find a review I made.

Whoo hoo!! That is the one we are staying at!(Lakeside) We got it for $29 a night for 3 nights. Glad to hear it wasn't a dive! lol I will search for you review. Thanks for the info!!~Missy

I don't think you'll be disappointed. Average tourist class rooms and pool; it's not deluxe, but it's not dumpy either. It's very close (the side road that it's near takes you straight onto Disney property near AK lodge- with no traffic!) and you get a fridge and iron in your room. Not too bad for the price, huh?
