We are going back to Disney in January. We have never expierenced La Nouba. The more I read about it, the more I want to see. I have seen so many wonderful reviews of La Nouba that I realize it is a must for our January visit. Can anyone tell me if the higher price tickets are worth the extra expense.
Thanks :confused3

::MickeyMo We paid $75 a ticket (I believe that was middle of the road at the time) and we could see perfect. I do believe you'll be able to see from anywhere though because it is a circular theatre and small compared to the other Cirque shows I've seen. They do things in the air and if you're more toward the back, you're higher up than the stage, so you see the whole thing. Hope that helps! ::MinnieMo

I just booked our Cirque tickets for March. From what I have read (and I did a lot of research), there are no bad seats. However, if you get the "B" tickets and request the middle, these are said to be wonderful. You can go to the WDW website and print a map of the Cirque "arena" and use that to make your ressies. I was able to get pretty much exactly what I wanted. We have a group of 8 and when the CM heard I had to children, I think she went the extra mile to find us these great seats. She asked me about the kids, then went and asked her manager and then came back with just what I wanted. Actually, she probably did us a great favor because our seats are right above the walkway/hall out and the kids wont' have anyone in front of them! HTH! Oh, our adult tickets were $80 with tax, child was less. Good luck! (Order early for best choices BTW!)

::MickeyMo Yes, that sounds like where we sat. It was excellent. The characters walk and do stuff in the walkways in the beginning too. ::MinnieMo

You did not say when in January you will be there, just wanted to make sure you were aware that there are no shows January 22-January 30 as the artists have vacation during that time. If you plan to be there the week prior to that, get your tickets as soon as you can as just prior to a dark period does tend to sell out.

As the others have mentioned there really are no bad seats in the La Nouba theater. I would also say get the Cat 2 seats, they are the middle price range and all have a great view. I feel cat 1 seats are a little to close (plus you have to look up for some of the acts) where the cat 2 seats allow for a full view of the stage at the perfect distance. You can't go wrong with seats though, so have a great time at the show :)

There CAN be bad seating in Cat 2 sections.

Don't sit next to the stairwells. The railing blocks your view when the acts (like the clowns) move into the aisles.

If in B section, stay away from the stairwells (the square blocks on the seating chart).

Thanks for the help. We will be in Disney Jan. 2-9. I'm so glad we aren't going during a dark period. Looks like Cat. 2 seats for us!!! I'm so excited!! :cool1:
