I SO hope a really nice Family finds this, and can make use! :flower3:

We have Tickets to La Nouba, Cirque Du Soliel... a REALLY cool show, for ALL ages!

The show date is 3/25/06 @ 6:00PM... we have (1) adult ticket, and (2) child tickets.

We absolutely Love Cirque, and have been three times in NYC, and once in Vegas... it's sort of Broadway meets extreme acrobats! REALLY cool!

We are unable to make the show! But want a really nice Family to use them.

If The Good Lord has allowed you to find this, and you are NOT a reseller, or scalper, please e-mail me at:
yo_deker@yahoo.com

These tickets are NOT for profit.

I posted in one other area on these boards. So, if interested, please let me know asap.

I hope someone special sees this, it's a GREAT show!

Saw this on the Theme Parks Board too and I just wanted to tell you how nice it is for you to do this! :)

Thank you all for your kind words, and thoughts. This is a wonderful board, filled with some really special folks. The 3 Cirque tickets have found a home... if that changes for some reason, I will absolutely check back here... for the folks that already responded.

Again, thank you all for your kind words.

Have wonderful time at Disney!!! :flower:

What a nice thing to do. I hope the kindness comes back your way. I recently had some spare tix to an event that I couldn't use. Sent them out right away so the person would have them in time and I have no idea if they ever received them. Not a word was heard from them. :confused3

How Nice of you! Did you happen to see the movie, Pay It Forward? No kind deed goes unnoticed.

:sunny:
You guys... thanks SO much for your kind words. I don't deserve them though... But thank you.

I'll tell you, (I hope I don't bring down the house)... I've been feeling so blue lately... I couldn't put my finger on it really, until the other day... It's the whole Terry Schiavo (spelling?) issue, and the kidnapping in FLA... those two events just really wiped me out... I've been feeling almost depressed. But ya know what?... as corny as it sounds... that's really what Darkness intends... Darkness wants us to feel disconnected and alone, and powerless. In reality it's the opposite... the complete opposite.

What I did, was such a small thing... a really nice Family was given tickets I couldn't use... such a small thing. But look at the ripple it's caused. Look at the positive energy everybody has felt... we have such power to do good. We have such a capacity to cause a positive ripple in the pond. Darkness really fears that.

I wish you all a very happy and healthy Easter, if you celebrate... or a wonderful Spring, if that works better for you  And again, thank you all, from my heart to yours. Love and Peace to you all.

Dear Komen Supporter,

I would like to thank you for your contribution of $10.00 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of Deke. Your support helps the Komen Foundation in its mission to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by advancing research, education, screening and treatment.

Since its inception in 1982, the Komen Foundation has made great strides in the fight against breast cancer, funding groundbreaking breast cancer research, much of which has led to landmark discoveries in the quest to find a cure for and eventually prevent breast cancer. In addition to funding research, the Foundation works to increase breast cancer awareness and promote early detection through events like the Komen Race for the Cure. Series. Proceeds from such events help fund community-based breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment projects for the medically underserved.

Again, thank you for your assistance and your confidence in our efforts. The success of the Komen Foundation is made possible through the very generous contributions of corporations, organizations and individuals like yourself. Because of you, we are one step closer to finding a cure.

Once again, thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Susan

Thanks for making me smile...it is so good to see that there is still kindness in the world!! :disrocks: That was so nice of you to do that for Deke, and Deke thank you for being so thoughtful!!!! I love the DIS boards!!!

You brightened my day!
The Darkness doesn't have a chance with you guys around!
Sending you smiles :goodvibes

Drakethib, everyone...
I'm overwhelmed... ya know what, maybe we should start our own Kindness Chain! Everyone who reads this, then does an act of kindness, then tells that person to pass it on. I bet we make a big ripple in the pond!

And Drakethib, I think you wrote something like "... nowhere as much as you [me] did..." And you see, that's the point... YES it IS. You put a smile on someone's face rather than choosing to take it off. You made someone's heart feel gladness and hope rather then dispair... isn't that like a tiny miracle! It really is, there is SO much power in a gesture of kindness... it's effects are felt long after, as the ripple continues out from the center... and the center was YOU, and your choice to be kind. Wow! Let's do a Kindness Chain... I'm gonna do something today.

Thank you all very much... You all have gladened my heart, and made me feel hope... we SO outnumber the folks that bring Darkness... let's start using that power! :sunny:
