La Nouba - 2nd row too close?

We are going to see Cirque - La Nouba in March. Tickets are available for the second row, center (103). Will these seats be too close to the stage? Is this too close to see acts that are high up in the air ? (will we be leaning way back in our seats to see them?)

Seats are also available in the first row of category 2 (section 205, row EE) for a few less $$. It is a lot farther in the back, but I have heard that all seats in the house are good.

Which seat location is best for an "overall" show experience?

I personally like it closer....I've seen it from 4 different places and the closer was cooler for me! Have fun!

We sat front row in section 205 or something next to it. That is what I wanted. There is alot of looking up, so we did not want to do that. The entertainers parade down in front of you, in the upper section tool

We have been in the front row and loved it, although, as noted, you have to look up at the entrance. The other nervewracking part was the bike stunts where they come oh so close to the edge and you cringe involuntarily. It literally looks like you will have a bike and rider in your lap, at least where we were sitting

I think you'll be happy either way. It's the single most astonishing piece of theater I've ever seen.

We have done both and enjoyed both for different reasons. The first time we went we were in the first row of the second tier. The next time I wanted to see the performers faces and we were in the second row. The higher seats give you a better perspective on the stage and closer gives you the expressions of the cast. There is a bit of looking up but it didn't bother any of us. We did find that we had chalk on our clothes from the acrobats' hands when we left the show. Either way you will enjoy the show.

We sat 6th row from the stage, center.. Our seats were great. I wouldnt of wanted any other seat!I suggest a few rows back or more if you dont want to be staring up the whole show.

My family had front row center seats, and we loved them! At the very beginning, you have to turn around and look as the performers do their entrance, but the rest of the show is literally in your face. You can see the expressions on the faces of the performers, and you feel like a part of the show. You get a great view from any seat, but being way up close is awesome.

Personally, I think it is.... so much goes on right above you.

I prefer the 2nd tier.

That sounds like something I woudl like to see - can you elaborate more?
