We Will be traveling to San Diego and LA(staying in Redondo Beach). I am pretty set for what we will be doing in San Diego but i wanted to double check our plans for LA...Is there anything that i am missing that we absolutely must see??? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it will be our first time in California...We are mainly going for the baseball taking our DS6...

Sunday, Dodgers game
Monday, Universal
Tuesday, Angels Game
Weds. Disneyland
Thursday -no plans
Friday Go HOme...

This is sort of impossible to answer without knowing some of your interests. LA has more to do besides baseball and theme parks. ;)

Some things I like: Griffith Observatory, La Brea Tar Pits, Farmers Market, Getty Museum, Huntington Library, California Science Center (home of Space Shuttle Endeavor), Aquarium of the Pacific, whale watching.

You could go to California Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm, The Warner Brothers Studio Tour in Hollywood & visit the Hollywood walk of fame & sites like the stars homes etc.

Is that your ONLY Disneyland day of the whole trip?
It is our only day for disneyland so we were thinking of doing adventure park...Obviously California is more than baseball and theme parks but our main reason for going is in fact baseball...I wanted to do Warner Bros but my son is too young.

Thanks for the other suggestions

I would add a second Disney day. If it's a 7pm game, I'd probably do Disney that day, however, that might be too much for a 6 year old. If you add a second day on Thursday it will be a little but longer to drive back and forth from Redondo to Anaheim 3 days in a row, but not undoable, and worth it for the slower pace in the parks. If it's possible to stay in OC, I'd at least do that after the Angel's game, so you can sleep in a little and get to the parks earlier on Wednesday. And I agree with PPs suggestion to go to the Science Center and see Endeavour. If the Dodger game is a night game, it would be good for Sunday morning, if not, maybe Thursday. It's really easy to get to by metro, and you can take the bus from Union Station to Dodger Stadium.
