I think it is the 16th that they start taking ressies....I am so excited to try it!

Some places I've seen say the 15th, others say the 16th. So it's really up in the air as to which date it is. Sorry but I'd guess if you want to make one of the first reservations, you'd need to check on the 15th, and if that doesn't work wait until the 16th and check again.

I ate there yesterday (test group). I believe the opening is the 16th. I am pretty sure that is what they said. And I think the server said the last seating is at 9:15. Figure this will be quite the popular place around Illuminations time.

And I happen to have a menu. I have not looked to see if it is on any unofficial site yet. And I wonder how soon the menu will change. Only because it seems like the menus change somewhat from after they first open.

Questions? I am no expert by any means. But at least I can say I have been there!

Does anyone know if it is Sept 15 or Sept 16 for reservations? Don't want to get up extra early unless I have too. We plan to drop one of our existing reservations and add La Hacienda for the week of Thanksgiving. My neice loves Mexican food.

We are going the first week of October. I heard that they were only going to take ADR's for Oct. 15th and later when hey start. So will they just be taking walk up's in between?

I love Hispanic foods of all kind, do tell was is good? If not please lie and say it was. Just kidding. What was it like inside, was the food good, do they have lots of lake side seating? I'm dying to know.

8:45pm is what I try for at other Epcot spots and then show up at least 30 minutes early and ask for either a outside seat or a window seat. For this new rest. I would say 45 minutes would be good. I am going to do this next week there as a walk up since they will not be doing ressies yet and I will report back how the viewing is etc...if I get seated.

I wrote a review on the restaurant review section, in case you have not seen it yet.
If there is no menu showing yet, I will write up something tonight. But my review covers some of that also.
I did not ask if they were on the DDP or not. Honestly, assumed they would be. If they are not yet signed up for it, I cannot imagine they would not be.

Currently, when you make a reservation, the reservation page is stating that DDP is not accepted. I would keep an eye out for an announcement as to when they will be taking DDP, though.
