Haven’t seen many reviews or I’m not looking properly
The menu intrigues me.
Have eaten in many Disney restaurants but never here. Anyone been lately that can provide a more recent review

I eat there often - usually at least twice a year (I typically vacation at Disney 4-5 times a year, and eat at Hacienda probably every other trip). I find the overall quality pretty decent, drinks usually very good (margaritas and such). It's not going to necessarily win accolades from the 'authentic Mexican food' gourmets, but I still find it's usually better seasoned and more interesting than much of the other Disney fare. I've always been a big fan of queso fundido, and theirs is very tasty, so that's a go-to appetizer, sometimes even ordered as a meal. The corn soup is also something I like, and actually has a little heat to it as it should. I've enjoyed the cochinita pibil and the duck tacos on recent trips.

I agree with the above comment - it's decent but if you're used to actually good Mexican food you'll think it's awful. I usually order the cochinita pibil and I enjoy it every time I go.

Hi all, figured I would bump this relatively recent thread to solicit more recent opinions on La Hacienda, rather than start a new generic thread. There doesn't appear to be a ton of chatter about this place! We've decided we're going to try it out on our next trip, since we're looking for something new, and having dessert/coffee while watching Luminous would be appealing to our family.

It looks like they've maybe changed their menu in Fall '24 so if anyone has experienced anything new here recently and can share their opinion, would be great! A few people above mentioned the "cochinita pibil" which is no longer on the menu it seems? I understand the sentiment that others (including DFB) have shared that if you're looking for truly authentic Mexican, this probably wouldn't fit the bill. That's not an issue for us-- I'm generally a fan of this "upscale-for-American" Mexican food.

Any tips for an ideal time to seek an ADR to maximize chances of a window seat for Luminous? I'm thinking maybe a 7pm ADR for a 9pm fireworks start? I've eaten at Rose&Crown twice during fireworks time (and experienced both extreme ends of the staff's ability to accommodate) so I'm familiar with the ability to REQUEST BUT NOT EXPECT the ideal table for fireworks. We'd be wiling to wait even an hour+ to get a window table, just trying to get a sense of the right ADR target time.

This trip is still quite a ways out but will likely be going to Epcot on a Wednesday during a time that's on the lower-crowd end of the scale

Thanks!
