La Hacienda de San Angel or Rose & Crown?

Which is the better restaurant to view Illuminations? I'm assuming an 8:30p reservation is ideal.

Rose & Crown is very good. If you don't get a water-side table you can go to their private viewing area.

La Hacienda is OK, but a limited number of tables have a good view.
