I’m looking for a copycat recipe for La Creperie’s French vinaigrette salad dressing.

I had that today, and it was something I want more of in future! Any hints would be great :)

Did you try asking the restaurant for the recipe? Sometimes the restaurants already have preprinted cards made up that they hand out upon request. I know this happened with me at Chef Art Smith's hummingbird cake. Good luck!

I think the menu mentions a specific flour .Can’t remember if it is Wheat or barley.
I am a white flour girl from childhood Wonder Bread days but slowly learning to like whole wheat flour ..
Cheesecake Factory Brown Bread sold in Publix lists barley & whole wheat mix
BUT the Mission Organic Tortillas 6 in a package white flour are best on market
Publix used to sell their Whole Wheat Organic but discontinued them .
I wish that was the only tortilla on the grocery aisles…I’m worried I am the only one that buys them
CHUY’s Restaurant sells their fresh made tortillas to go in a package…I don’t know what secret Mexican flour they use but it is so good !

Anyway I would love to have Creperie recipe too.

I just saw an incredible cookbook with fantastic pictures with every recipe included
PIXAR Cookbook
Going to buy next trip to UniversalStudios Orlando cause Barnes & Noble is nearby.
I support bookstores ! Do not buy online

The dessert crepes are all AP flour.

The savory galettes could be a mixture of buckwheat and AP. From the color of the finished product, I’d guess 1/2 AP 1/2buckwheat. Still, if the restaurant says they are GF then the batter is made with 100% buckwheat.

-If you're still at DW you could stop by the restaurant and ask if they have the recipe or suggestions on where you could find it.
-You could stop by or email Guest services because they have some recipes.
-La Creperie is a Jerome Bocuse restaurant, as is Chefs and Monsieur Paul, so perhaps they have a similar recipe.
-Paul Bocuse (Jerome Bocuse's father) published many cookbooks.
-There are numerous published Disney cookbooks as well as Disney recipes online. Most likely recipes from Chefs since it's been around much longer than La Creperie.
-French vinaigrette is a standard salad dressing so you could look up recipes and start experimenting until you get the right flavors.

Good luck!
