La Cava??

Where is this? I can find no reference to this place at all. I am assuming it is in Mexico somewhere. I am really interested in the margaritas so I NEED to know.

Enter the Mexico pavilion (pyramid building). Walk through the vestibule where they sell the wooden carved animals into the pavilion. La Cava is located at the bottom of the entrance ramp to the right.

Very very good margs and snacks! We ate there for a light supper and were full for the evening.

Be aware that you can easily miss it, as the enterance is just a open door. So when you go down the stairs keep looking to your right.

Also be VERY aware margaritas here are WAY MORE POTENT than the ones outside or in the restaurants.
I am a tequila drinker....straight or in a margarita, so I am use to it's affects.

I had 1....that is ONE margarita and was affected. (it was the cucumber marg, very good. Refreshing and tasty).

My plan for our upcoming trip is to try and plan for at least 2 at the begining of WS. Then carry the frozen one from outside as we stroll thru the park.

Another thing, they aren't cheap. Margaritas start at $12.50 and go from there. Shots can go as high as $60+ for one.

But MMMMMmmmm....so good!!
