I may just be missing it but I checked both allears and wdwinfo and could not find the menu for La Cava and I'm curious to see whats available. DFi wanted to have a meal at the mexico pavillion but we didnt want to eat at San Angel so I though appetizers and a drink at La Cava would be fun but I wanted to see what was available.

Thanks so much in advance!!
:)

Editted: Okay so I went a searching and found the menu on disney food blogs
for those who were curious here is the link

That menu is out of date. They no longer serve mahi mahi tostadas and have added beef "flautas" (which are actually taquitos, as they are fried in corn tortillas rather than flour ones). I also believe they have removed the shrimp cocktail tostadas although they still serve the shrimp cocktails in shot glasses. There have also been some changes made to the specialty margarita list.

Do you have the current menu to share? :confused3

No, I've just read it enough that I know it. I haven't brought one home, and the one time I tried to take pictures of the menu they didn't turn out.

Oh well :) Im sure we'll find something but thanks Nala for letting me know thats out of date, thats all I could find googling as far as a menu ! But does that menu roughly show the integrity of what sort of drinks and food is there or is totally off kilter now?

Yes, it's the same menu, there have just been a few changes. There is now a margarita flight you can buy, plus they've felt the need to add a blue margarita with a glow cube thrown in because Disney guests can't stand not having access to glow cubes, I guess.

They've also taken the Spanish names off the specialty margaritas and named them in plain English, plus a couple of them are now off the menu and replaced with new varieties.

hey now-that blue margarita is so me!

...some of us just lurve the glow cubes:rotfl:It's not a Disney trip unless I get a new glow cube for my collection:woohoo:Besides, it's so dark back in the corner of La Cava that we need my glow cube to see the appetizers, lol.

There's some great drink reviews and menus over at "Party Through The Parks" website, just an FYI if you haven't checked it out yet.

(Because I drink like one :fish: )
