LA boarding help

Wow, Ports of Call looks depressing! Reminds me of Seaport Village in San Diego, basically a dead outdoor crap fiesta. I grew up 20 minutes from San Pedro and dont think I ever visited Ports of Call....

:rolleyes1

I still don't know how to post pictures in a message but you can see photos of what the terminal looks like here: http://www5.snapfish.com/snapfish/t...otsc=SHR/otsi=SALBlink/COBRAND_NAME=snapfish/

This album has pictures from inside the terminal http://www5.snapfish.com/snapfish/t...otsc=SHR/otsi=SALBlink/COBRAND_NAME=snapfish/

And this has pictures of the Ports of Call area in San Pedro. http://www5.snapfish.com/snapfish/t...otsc=SHR/otsi=SALBlink/COBRAND_NAME=snapfish/

Cool pics. Thanks for sharing.

After you upload a picture to a photosharing site (I use Tiny Pic) you will get a code for posting pictures.

Copy this code, then go to post a message, in the tool bar at the top there is a little yellow picture with a mountain in it, click on this picture, paste the code you copied into the indicated box and then your picture should be in the message. You will only see the code pasted in the message area, but you can click on preview post at the bottom of the page and see if the picture is there.

:cutie:

I posted these links but will use the tips above in the future.

Let me know if there are any photos that you want for the MR thread.

For anyone who has been in the Los Angeles terminal, is the concierge check in separate from the regular check in, by like a wall or something? If you have read my other thread, I am trying to sneak on before my wife so I can announce her, I might try to beg a concierge guest to let me link with them so I can get on, and then announce my family. The key would be them not seeing me in the terminal!

I don't see any of the pics, it is asking me for a login, can you post those pics directly on the thread, or send it over to me and I will post them.

TIA.

Nope, the concierge check in is all the way to the right, you will be walking past all the guests. Well I have to say that it is in the smaller of the 2 terminals, I can't remember where it was in the larger terminal, but there is no separation in that one either. Plus once you check in, you are then shuttled into a larger waiting room until your boarding number is called, you may not be "hidden" there, either. I don't know if you will find any concierge guests willing to let you tag along, but good luck with that!

I can say that when we checked in, I had to show my boarding group (#1 for Concierge) every time I left the room. If it was the same person manning the door, they didn't make me show it. But I was stopped one time on my way back from the bathroom by another person.

There was a family in there who had some other members of their party non-concierge. They told them that they could wait outside with them, but the others couldn't come in with us.

But I wouldn't despair. If you talk to Disney, they might be able to do something for you. They can be very accomodating.
