We just got back and used L&M and all went well. We picked up the minivan Saturday night before Easter at 6:30. We had to wait 15 mins for it to be cleaned. Our rate for 8 days was $219. $129 a week plus extra day and tax. We had a very nice Mercury Villager and could fit 7 with no problem as we were with a few families and shared some driving. I know other folks paid over $400 for other companies for same time. This is my second time with no problem.

Wow! How did you get that low of a rate? I thought I was doing good with a rate of $279 for 9 days!

Back in January it was posted on Travelocity and I called them and they matched it so I booked it right through L&M. Last year I also found the $129 a week rate at L&M. I think you need to book it very early as they have a limited number of low rates. I had an EA rate of $169 a week for a midsize total of over $250 and I dumped that for the minvan at L&M.

I paid $169 in March for a van for 7 days....it was wonderful...I also have had no problems...

I tried checking rates with them, but, they say nothing is available for my time frame. Oh, well, guess it is National again.
