L & M Car Rental ?

Has anyone had any recent experiences with L & M Car Rental?

We used them last year and all went well. I have not seen a lot (or any) posts about them lately.

I used them April 2003, Dec 2003 and Feb 2004. No problems.

We use them often and have always had great service. We rented from them in Orlando Feb 04 and in Tampa April 04. In addition my dh travels on business and used them about every other month. We have always gotten our reserved car class or better and they have always been new, clean cars in good condition with low miles. Make sure you have your information, proof of insurance and you should be ok.

The biggest complaints I have read are the extra charge for insurance if you don't bring proof and pressure to upgrade. FWIW - we have never experienced this.
