OMG Pleasure Island is closing all the clubs, including the AC, by September 28th of this year!! I can't friggin believe it! BET, Comedy Club, 8 Trax, ALL GONE. I am literally in shock. We'll be going a month before that date so I guess I'll hit the AC while I can. It's going to be replaced by more restaurants and shopping. Isn't there enough of that in DTD?!

OK. FWIW it looks like kungaloosh came into existence circa 1997 - that's what it says on the web and everyone knows how accurate that is!

Wow, I guess it has affected that portion of my brain as well...but if the ol' memory has to stop working, I'm happy that its because of said Kungaloosh!
