Kudos to MS

I called MS yesterday to link my two THV reservations and was speaking to Derek, he put me on hold, I got disconnected. No biggie, I called back.

Spoke with Vern who made a note on the reservations, easy peasy.

I wasn't off the phone with Vern a minute when my cell phone rings, it's Derek calling me back to finish my transaction. He was apologetic and sweet.

Can you imagine the a-hats from AT&T calling back after disconnecting? No way.

I spoke with a Derek the other day with MS and he was a great guy. I wonder if it was the same person? Glad you had a good experience.

I had the same experience with another MS. The phone disconnected and while I tried to call her back, she was on the line, calling me back. She said if they ever get disconnected they always call back.

Also, I'm glad to hear there is no problem just booking two reservations and linking them together. I was going to do that when I book by 2 week trip but I'm glad to hear there's no issues.
