Some of you may have read my previous post about cancelling my cypress point reservation and being worried about my refund.
WELL...........
Just got the credit card bill yesterday and my deposit credit ( -$10 cancelleation fee) was there from Hotel Kingdom and my FULL balance refund was there from Cypress Point!!!!
I am soooo relieved.
Hotel kingdom is reputable. I wuold not hesitate to use them again - I was very pleased with there email/phone responses (When I was finally able to get a hold of them
) They kept on top of my problem and kept me informed. Great customer service!!!
