Kudos to CM's?

Does anyone know how to contact Disney with comments? My DW and I just returned from a fantastic vacation and I would like to give kudos to some of the CM's and chef's at our hotel (WL) and some of the resturants. There were several outstanding CM's that we would like to mention and several resturants that were just fantastic. All I could find on the Disney site was an area for general questions. Not sure if I put kudos in there if they would get to the appropriate people. We were also on the DCL and they give you a comments card to fill out at the end of your cruise so you can personally give credit to all of the people that made your trip special. We would like to do the same for the resturants and hotels. Thanks for any help or advice.

I have used the Disney site you described to send messages in the past. First you get back an automated response informing you that Disney received your message. After a few weeks you will receive a note from Guest Relations responding directly to your question, inquiry, or employee complaint or commendation.
On two occasions I also received telephone calls from the Executive Offices at WDW responding to my e-mails. Disney takes all e-mails and mailed comments seriously, which is a good thing.

Thanks for the information wdwgoofeeee. I am always amazed at the level of service at WDW. Everyone always seems to be in a good mood and pleasant. And we all know that can be hard to do whatever your occupation may be...
