Just had to give a shout-out to SeaWorld's fast response to my refund request. We are delaying our trip and needed to cancel our family's reservations for an up close tour and the Dine with the Orcas. I literally emailed them a couple of hours ago and they have already responded with my cancelation/refund info. On a Sunday to boot!

Another kudos - for the same rescheduled trip, I realized our military tickets expired two weeks before the new dates. They were kind enough to reissue tickets with an extended expiration. Very impressed with their customer service.
