I just thought I'd let you all know that I am really impressed with Jet Blue, we don't fly with them often, but have always loved their on-board customer service when we do. I have flights booked with them for October, and have gotten both a phone call and an email from them both times they have tweaked my flight schedule. It has only been 15 minutes departure time tweaks each time--but they have let me know, and kept my seats I chose and everything. Much better than another airline we flew with to Mexico last year that didn't let us know a thing when the flight was cancelled! I always check our flights ressies about once a month anyway after we've booked... and discovered the cancellation myself with about a month to spare. But they should have let me know. And when I called that airline, the 1st person I talked to told me the flight wasn't cancelled!! Long story short, the flight was cancelled and we had to change airlines completely. So Jet Blue gets my kudos today, since they've been right on top of letting me know schedule changes!
