Kudos for IOA.....

After getting to park we get Express Passes for Hulk and then head to Spiderman ride. We get in line and it is getting to be a 40 minute wait. We almost get there and then there is an announcement. The ride is shut down……..BIG let down. We were right there. We could see the cars to ride. We head over to get Jordan and Bailey’s picture with Spiderman. They also get his autograph. We then go and get our face painted. Wolverine for me and some spiderwebs for the kids. Notice that the Spiderman ride is back open. Express Pass is almost good for Hulk. Decide to get Express Pass for Spiderman. They are just reopening the Express Pass kiosk. Tell the lady that was opening the kiosk up what had happened to us and she radios to the Spiderman ride and tell them to expect us. She tells us to go to the Express Pass line and tell them who we are and we will ride next….NO pass necessary. VERY NICE. KUDOS. On the way back to Spiderman, kids get pictures with Rogue, Wolverine, and Storm. Autographs of all of them. Jordan gets some special attention from Green Goblin. Goblin doesn’t like the webs on Jordan’s face. “What is that... webs?!?!?” the Goblin asks. Jordan shakes his head yes. Goblin takes autograph book from Jordan’s hands. Signs and closes book and notices that this a book from Disney. He points to the book and shakes his head no. Then drops the book on the ground. Jordan is getting kick out of all of this. Before getting Goblin’s picture he bends down and notices dogtag around Jordan’s neck has Spiderman on it. Goblin asks,” what is this?!?!” and grabs the tag in a clenched fist and looks into the camera while Jordan is smiling. GREAT picture. All of this was in fun and was taken as such. GREAT moment. Head for the Spiderman ride. We get to go through the Express Pass line. Ride was amazing. I can't say enough about the experience at IOA.

Yes, there are some very nice folks who work at the parks. Whoever does the Grinch at Christmastime is a real hoot!

When did you visit, Gambers? I thought the Green Goblin was cut. I think I will wear all Spidey stuff next time to see how he reacts.

You know Barry. After I posted, I thought the same thing. But I would be sooooooooo happy if they listened to the fans and didn't cut him after all.

LMAO! You got one of the best Green Goblins! I've seen him do things like steal peoples bags and walk around with them, steal their maps, etc.
