Kudos for a CRO CM!!

There have been several negative experiences with these folks posted of late, so I wanted to post an excellent one!

I called this morning to cancel our Poly ressie -- we finally decided to go with SOG this visit for a variety of reasons. The CM I spoke with could not have been nicer or more friendly. (And since I was calling to cancel, I was expecting the worst!) She also reassured me that even with the free dining, the parks should not be "crowded," and that we'd have a great time. She made me feel excited about our trip again! :cool1:

I know it's kind of the luck of the draw on having a good CRO experience, but I wanted to share a very pleasant one and give credit where credit is due. I absolutely did the survey and gave her all "excellent." :thumbsup2
 
Its always nice to hear good news when someone provides a good customer experience.
At the same time, I would say that out of the many years that we have called CRO for our trips, maybe once did we get an inconsiderate person on the other end. A quick call back and sure enough, the spell was broken with a good CRO CM that helped.

I had a great CM when I made changes to my ressie. It took quite a while to process all of it because I was going from room only to a package and two rooms. She handled everything very efficiently.

She was great and very knowledgeable. You could tell she had actually spent time at Disney and knew about the resort. We talked about a lot of things.

I emailed guest communications about her on Saturday and the executive offices called me back on Monday to tell me they really appreciated the feedback and had sent the information onto her supervisor and added it to her record.
 
I also recently had the most excellent CM when calling to update our airline flight #'s for ME. While waiting for our ME data to pull up on her computer, she was talkative and friendly. She sounded sincerely excited for us and our upcoming trip!
I too, did the survey right away, leaving only the highest ratings! :flower3:
