Does the cruise line give you anything to hold your KTTW for first time cruisers?

No DCL does not, but if you are a DVC member and go to a DVC meeting they will give you some.

There are lanyards for sale in the shops.

Ironically no. They wait until the second cruise when you've already purchased a lanyard to hold your card, then they give you one for free. Nice gesture, I guess, but it never made any sense to me!
